The company has some great departments and the were very good to employees during the pandemic.

No room for growth. Journals department is overworked, micro-managed.

Easily accessible office in the heart of London. Great food choices and other amenities, in the area. Small, close nit office. Great colleagues - hungry for experience and willing to experiment. Management were accessible.

Cons

Management were short on Leadership. Very little clarity Very high attrition.
