Pros

Very relaxed work environment, good work life balance

Cons

Predatory products and business model. Not an engineering organization so difficult to make change as an engineer. Not challenging, mediocre management.

Pros

- Smart coworkers who really care about improving healthcare and making life easier for clinicians, and improving patient outcomes - Cool people who help each other and build a great teamwork atmosphere - Decent pay. Not top of the industry, but fair - Open to remote and hybrid work - Decent severance if laid off

Cons

- Some managers are great mentors (I tried to be), others are not. - Advice for employees - don't let yourself get stuck in your role for too long - you will put your skills and experiences out of date. Your manager should help, but that's your responsibility - no one will fix that for you. If you like working for the company, take advantage of the company's size and move between teams and projects to grow as an engineer
