      Pros

      They are open to suggestions to change processes and make them more efficient. In general there is a good atmosphere and people are proactive. They try hard to make the office a pleasant place to work (there is breakfast, coffee, fruit... and from time to time they organise meals or social events).

      Cons

      4 days working from the office (no flexibility on that) There is room for growth, but you have to work hard.
