      - Other sales team members are easy to get along with - Nothing else

      Fun atmosphere with young colleagues which if you are out of school recently can have a lot of fun with

      Cons

      They are not secret about the fact they see their sales reps as disposable cheap labour that they are happy to replace as soon as they find out it is a scam.
