Pros

- Monthly drinks with colleagues - Opportunity to travel for work

Cons

- The health and happiness of their employees is not a priority (complaints are not taken seriously at all and the overall moto is to keep working even though you are ill or are in mat/pat leave,...) - 5 days in the office because they don't trust their employees - They only care about ESG initiatives for the company image, not because they actually care - Toxic employees are rewarded as long as they bring in a lot of revenue for the company, which creates a very unhealthy power balance, this causes people in supporting functions outside of sales to be overlooked and often underappreciated / disrespected
