Pros

Cuthroat, expect a massive amount of work but a decent environment and decent career progression opportunities. Just expect to be under pressure and to put the hours in.

Cons

Cold-calling all day, 100 a day when it is probably not the most efficient use of time

Pros

Ebury is not a place for who just wants to have a quiet place to work, this is meant in the best possible way. Everyone is constantly challenged to perform better and with this comes accountability, adaptability, and resilience. With this in mind, you also get rewarded when performing, which is extremely positive. There is a working from office policy, which can be a bit outdated, however there is nothing like working from the office, with other colleagues, to be able to feel part of the vision.

Cons

As challenging work environments are, sometime it feels a bit chaotic, this is both a blessing (adaptability) but can also be tiring after a while. Objectives change often, which somehow makes you feel your work is discredited, as it is no longer important.
