Everyone is constantly challenged to perform better and with this comes accountability, adaptability, and resilience. With this in mind, you also get rewarded when performing, which is extremely positive. There is a working from office policy, which can be a bit outdated, however there is nothing like working from the office, with other colleagues, to be able to feel part of the vision.
