A great company to work for that provides a flat organisational structure and empowers its staff to help shape the ongoing growth of the company.

Cons

Working for a hyper growth company comes with certain demands and if you can get comfortable with being outside your comfort zone, trying new things and taking greater responsibility then it is a great place to work.

The mission to enable SMEs to access sophisticated financial products is great. There are some really good and smart people. There is a ton of opportunity to stand out by being driven and creative.

Cons

more than ideal amount of mediocre people, better talent management is needed.
