Pros

The growth withing the company is based on your results and not on time you spend there: to me meritocracy is one of the most important value within a company

Cons

Some markets are not fully aware of the opportunities that lie with working with a fintech as Ebury

Pros

Personal growth and training, supportive team members, interesting work. Everyone is very friendly, senior leaders are very approachable and encouraging and most importantly of all: good work is recognised.

Cons

Quite honestly I haven't had any issues so far.

Pros

Young team, great atmosphere, lots of opportunities for growth, constant learning. You feel your hard work pays off.

Cons

Not much to list here. My personal experience has been really good. To mention something, starting salary might seem a bit low, but it changes rapidly once you demonstrate hard work and dedication.
