Pros

Ebury's core business is Fx. There is definitely a lot to learn as you'll be in touch with CFOs and CEOs. The role allows you to develop and gather a lot of knowledge in terms of macro-economics, geopolitics, sales pitching, hedging products, strategic analysis etc. Ebury is definitely the place to be for people who like chasing and closing deals, who are goal oriented and result driven with desire to go beyond their comfort zone. The company is flexible and very enthusiastic and the management entrusts you with freedom and ability to bring ideas.

Cons

Resilience and full dedication are essential as building strong results may take time especially if you are not from the Fx industry.

Pros

Growing company in a virgin market like Greece. Good compensation Opportunity to grow along if you are willing to sacrifice personal time. Pleasant environment among the office

Cons

Weak management in C-level Unrealistic targets Toxicity in the office environment when off target. Growth based on foreign exchange points where it is out of company’s control.
