Regarding the comments about senior management and company direction: as a high-growth FinTech, our strategy must be dynamic and adapt to market changes. We recognise that this fast pace can sometimes lead to uncertainty, and are continually working to improve our transparency and processes to ensure alignment across teams.
Finally, concerning the claims of pressuring staff to write reviews or engaging in "shady business practices," we want to state unequivocally that these allegations are unfounded and untrue. We operate under the highest regulatory standards, and all employee feedback, including reviews on platforms like Glassdoor, is voluntary and anonymous.
