The main thing I would highlight of Ebury is its Talent Acquisition team, because everyone in the company feels like they should be there. The environment is friendly and cozy. We work hard and deliver under strict deadlines, but everyone is understanding and willing to help you. Top Management is not some kind of foreign entity, but an ever-present bunch of people who deeply know their areas of expertise.

Cons

I think people who would dislike Ebury is the kind of person who likes to be said what to do. Even though the company has been around for over 15 years, there's a lot to develop still and in a lot of cases everyone is out for themselves and have to figure out how to create something new that hasn't been done before. Someone who would rather know exactly what the limitations of their tasks are, might find themselves lost in here.

Company culture Your colleagues are approachable, friendly and helpful Company is flexible and supports you. Financial organisation well positioned in the market and with a good value proposition.

Cons

Althouth the organisation is growing and maturing you still can feel the enterprenurial spirit in certain areas. Not a big deal if you are experienced and adaptable or enjoy mid to large companies with an enterprenurial touch.
