Good benefits, ok employees, ok pay, legacy products, well known brand, some knowledgeable people, headquarters is beautiful , can relocate if you want

Cons

No training, top talent expected to move every 1-2 years. Management is sometimes unskilled and difficult to work for. Plant closing. No new technology in some locations.

Overall, I like working at Eaton. In my opinion, the biggest strength is the culture compared to most automotive companies. Management is more laid back, and it's less stressful. - easygoing culture compared to other automotive companies - good work/life balance, relatively low stress - friendly/helpful co-workers - career development is a high priority and taken seriously by management - good on-boarding process and training opportunities

Cons

Overall, the cons are not horrible - just little things that could be improved. - 401k match suspension and mandatory unpaid leaves of absence for those above a certain level hurt morale - too many "report out"/waste of time meetings - can take too long to process things through systems - lack of accountability or consequences from management if objectives aren't met - too much pandering to Wall Street and lack of implementation of long term strategy
