Pros

Decent Pay and referral bonuses are offered if you refer someone for an open position. A very Ethics and safety driven company.

Cons

Benefits are Bad, and Work Life Balance doesn't exist. Management does not seem to value employees unless they get a little brown on their nose.

Unfair labor practices. Expect 60 hours per week if your function is not well supported. Work-life balance at both extremes, depending on your boss or department

Pros

Growing corporation with fairly well working internal processes, possibility to work on interesting projects.

Cons

Unfortunately interesting projects are not done in Prague. While the Prague office (Eaton European Innovation Center) is being presented as an R&D center developing cutting edge technologies, it's in fact an internal offshoring center leveraging cheaper labor force in central Europe. Engineers in Prague only work on short, well defined tasks to support their respective business units, no real innovation is being done here.
