      Company trying to improve but lacked the engineering horsepower to execute properly

      Some good talent in key spots but lack of experience overall impacted ability to successfully execute on programs.

      Cons

      Not enough focus on improving engineering execution. Poor Eng Mgmt from top down. Focus was primarily on manufacturing rather than improving products through engineering innovation. Company also loves to furlough employees for a week at a time to save money.
