      Quality of the products Presence in market place Dedication of some of the staff Massive potential to grow within the marketplace

      Cons

      Eaton run a very lean (sometimes too lean!!) operation, it's an organisation that offers immense opportunity, long hours are the norm if you want to exceed expectations and targets!!

      Pros

      -- Encourages innovation & creative problem solving - fun place to work -- I manage my own time - never micro-managed -- Set your own development goals, (as long as they support site / corporation goals) -- Excellent Tuition assistance program -- Pays pretty well

      Cons

      Tight on headcount - most people are very busy all the time Technologically outdated ERP / Computer Systems Lame and expensive health benefits Only 2 weeks vacation for first five years - can be negotiated during interview though
