Fair Salary Very friendly environment Great team Flexibility safety is a big thing at Eaton

Cons

I haven't seen any cons for working at Eaton, only that when they are down in business, their non-productive managers had to go on MULA Mandatory Unpaid Leave of Absence for a week. They generally don't do mass layouts Hiring process is very hard Had to go through a 5 hour interview when I initially started

Vision of the programs within company are well communicated. Ample opportunities to switch job roles. Good exposure to business and collaborate across teams.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of as of now. The experience has been good. I have no complains yet.
