Eaton Cooper Lighting and Safety is generally good company to work for, given the right supervisors, department, and managers.

Cons

Eaton Cooper Lighting and Safety is not so great on giving salary raises when earned, especially when you meet your targets and have good reviews, but that is dependent upon your supervisor and/or manager, as is whether or not they want you to train to better yourself.

Eaton is a pillar of the community, they support and truly believe in non-profit work. They excel at executing flex work schedules and remote work when the position allows.

Cons

Budgets and bonuses are more important than investing in the companies' future. Heavy spending in Q1 and Q2 with massive cuts and restrictions in the second half of the year. The lead time to hire new employees tends to be around 3 months, it strains current resources.
