Pros

1. Great learning opportunities and materials 2. You get to work on big projects from day 1, hard but rewarding 3. As with all BIG4 companies, overtime sometimes can be annoying 4. There is a very clear growth opportunities, in audit you will be promoted or dumped each year (depends on you) and in others fields you will have a gut feeling of how to get a raise 5. You will learn to stand for yourself fairly quickly, in other places employees are fairly soft (negotiations about salary, using leverage, saying no) you will learn everything

Cons

1. Fairly stressful environment, the longer you work the more is expected, but sometimes your plate will be unreasonably full. 2. Sometimes you will have to work on things that everyone forgot and you will have 1 hour to finish it since deadline was yesterday. 3. You can help colleges a little bit and after you know it, you will be fully in their projects.
