Pros

Ey in general is a great place. demanding, but with lots of opportunities for cutting edge projects in top tier clients. Very advanced in terms of tech consulting, and with great pools of experts. overarching global strategy is interesting and differential.

Cons

Ey is a partnership, so it really depends on local experience. Local partners in madrid are extremely short time minded, looking only for the weekly money you bring to them. You will find extremely large egos, people talking nonsense about anything (either sectors or technology) and overall, a confusing strategy switching to urgent priorities all the days. Is not possible to plan and train a team, to mature opportunities or to stablish long term relationships, only yhe current week matters. There are numerous situations of disrespect, no chance for worklife balance and a the feeling of not being recognized, with raises and bonus to laugh about. In general is the swithing in strategies and the "do this because i am the boss" the more challenging part.
