Ernst & Young is place that promotes and encourages a very professional and friendly environment. Ernst & Young is a place that brings together smart and ambitious people. Working for Ernst & Young will never turned into 9 to 5 job as every day presents a new challenge, new working environment, and interesting clients. The firm helps each employee in his/her career advancement/promotion. That includes yearly block trainings, bonuses for passing CPAs, excused leaves for taking CPA exams, and on-line web learnings.
