Pros

Ernst and Young is a reputable global accounting firm. The pay to the entry level staff is competitive among the big accounting firms. One of the best reason to work for Ernst and Young is that it provides good training to its employees and it was ranked the best place to start one's career by the Business week. As a auditor, you will have many opportunities to work on many different engagements.

Cons

The major downside of working at Ernst and Young is the fixed Salary and no overtime pay. In addition, busy season could get crazy and working 100 hours weeks are not unheard of.
