Pros

Big name, you will gain credibilty in the market having worked for any big-4, including E&Y. Expect to move on to bigger and better things, given 3-4 years of solid experience at this firm. But you have to move, internally only a few opportunities are there for people who strave to be partner. For that you have to be good at selling.

Cons

Limited opportunites in the firm, you must be sales oriented to survive long enough to make it to partner and make the big bucks, otherwise you will be under-compensated big time.

Pros

Care for employees. There is a true sense of care when you go through orientation. This can be both a place you can make a career with or as a great stepping stone into a job you may want. High turnover may mean faster promotion.

Cons

Maybe the lower starting salary and the hours you have to work during busy season.
