Pros

Excellent name and future employers will respect the work ethic that you must have to stay beyond a few years. Very fair starting pay. Very good experience in a variety of industries. Very smart and capable peers offer alot of good

Cons

To much overtime and not enough salary and recognition difference between star performers and slackers.

Pros

Great, career opportunities, cannot beat the learning opportunities. The #1 job to get righ tout of college. Although you do some menial work, there is typically opportunity to "get thrown into the fire," which is how most people learn best and quickest, no matter how harrowing. Very few people stay to be partner, but no matter where you end up, E&Y alumni seem to do very well for themselves.

Cons

Long hours, limited to no bonuses
