Just having EY stamped on your credentials is a big advantage in your future endevours -i.e. resume builder. EY also has a great expense and employee fringe benefits plan. It is becoming tighter, as it should with the current economic times, but overall one of the most lienent around.
Cons
Big firm, which may cause a lot of people to get lost in the shuffle. Also certain positions require a extreme amount of travel, coupled with inconsistent time management by senior employees, often makes it had to plan a personal life. This is not an everyday situation, as in general the balance is good. But often times you are required to make a lot more sacrafices then you recieve.
