Pros

Real emphasis on work life balance - esp. refinforced by country-based focus Great culture & supportive people Job security very high Access to senior boardroom is high ITEM club is very well regarded

Cons

Does not have confidence to differentiate service lines - gravitates to "one size fits all" to avoid upsetting anyone Needs to be more international in its client service ambitions People focus means not as focused on great delivery - there could be a better balance Bureaucratic and slow decision-making
