Pros

Great Reputation. Good Reference. Smart People.

Cons

Expect you to know your job asap without many questions. Quick to fire emloyees who are not working out. Easier than trying to help employee succeed. Cocky managers who think they are smart.

Pros

The work environment at EY is very flexible, meaning that management is open to allowing you to take days off or work from home.

Cons

The company probably took advantage of the financial crisis to stifle wage growth for the next few years. The communication between senior management and the work force was less than commendable.

-So much to learn. -Talented and smart individuals as colleagues. -Team based approach. -Stable structure. -Mentorship program.

Cons

-Generally, managers and above do not believe in a "work-life" balance, often do not understand that having a life outside of work is important. -Long hours expected. -Not much recognition. -Handle lay-offs unprofessionally.
