      Pros

      Young work Environment Fast growth from Staff - Manager ( abour 5 years) Rotating to different teams - not stuck in one job

      Cons

      Salary is horrible from Staff 1 - Senior 3. You work like a dog and don't get paid out well especially when you do the math of dollar per hour. They keep saying that if you wait and become a manager and above, you will eventually make more then your peers that chose to do a general accounting position or internal audit position for another company. THis is only true if you WAIT. - Being stuck on 4 audits at once and having to deal with 4 different teams/seniors/managers/staff/pratners during busy season is not easy to manage.

      Long hours during busy season but still a great place to work.

      Pros

      1) Career Advancement - Lots of advancement opportunities within the firm and outside the firm. 2) Knowledge - I enjoy working with people who are very good at what they do. I have learned a lot in my relatively short time there.

      Cons

      1) Long hours - the busy season can be tough. You are expected to work 50 hours minimum during the spring (February-April) and fall (August- October) busy seasons. Some people work in the 70 hour/week range during the height of the season. However, I believe most people go into this job knowing and accepting this fact.
