Global framework and strategy which flavours your work on a day-to-day basis. Interaction and teaming with a highly globalised network. High calibre of clients and nature of work to be delivered for clients. Relatively young and energectic workforce. Endless training opportunities.

Cons

Being an audit firm, you may encounter restrictions to your personal financial matters. Also, you will encounter challenging situations with client management.

Pros

The learning experience and the relationships made with the people

Cons

Excessively long hours and unfair promotion or job selection practices. Very much a popularity contest.

Pros

Great Experience, Great people to work with. Flexible schedule depending on the engagement. Overall can't complain of Ernst & Young.

Cons

Low pay compared to industry. Company is very top heavy. Morale is low as a result of layoffs though out the US.
