Pros

-a lot of learnign opportunities -exposure to audit although you are in tax -high turnover and rotation is good for building social networks

Cons

-high turnover, you may be rotated from a great manager to a very difficult one -the work/life balance, EY client come first. You see partners working on the weekend and not playing golf - that should give you an idea of how much free time you get as you progress -usually Big4 underpay in a good economy, and you might as well forget about the pay in a bad one.
