      - Brand recognition - Resume builder - 2010 great benefits - changing in 2011

      Cons

      - Crazy work hours - 60hrs plus - Work Life balance out the door, expect to work nights and weekends - weird expense reimbursement policies - ex: lunch is never expensed - There are vacation days but there is no open time to take them - very short staffed - old school managers and sr. managers who are still worried about font color and size rather than the audit procedures. - Pay is low compared to competition

      - The people you work with are motivated, intelligent, and competent to contribute to a strong team environment. - Relationships and networking is first-class within the practice and with clients. - Knowledge sharing and training is a major priority.

      - Opportunities to expand your experience in a new industry or service line are not available as is communicated by management. - High level of politics involved in being considered for certain engagements. - Hours are not very well balanced across the practice -- you can end up with the short end of the stick.
