Pros

Big 4, Brand equity, Great people & camaraderie, Easy to get global exposure, Tax & audit heritage for all around career advancement.

Cons

Good structure in place after being established but lacks direction. Leadership doesn't focus on core competencies and instead trying to bring technology factors into everything.

Pros

You can work without indcation from your boss, if you have the ability to improve your work by yoursefl. In other words, the more enthusiastic you are, the more promoted you could get skill on business. And your can work without being controlled by your working time if you would like to take the time.

Cons

The accounting firm, though it is common to the firms in Japan, has no strratgy to expand oppotunities for audit clients. Almost all parteners in Japan may think that they never lost their audit clients. As a result, their skill for getting and expanding oppotunities is very poor, so it would be shrink the value of firm.
