Pros

The number of employees at Ernst & Young Vietnam is still small, therefore there will be a lot of opportunities for your career promotion and advancement.

Cons

The salary at all levels is not competitive with competitors. The role of HR Department is just to recruit, but not maintain employees. The firm does not allow a flexible time working.

Cons

- due to size of clients, could get pigeon-holed in terms of skillset development - pay is not great compare to non-consulting firm jobs
