Pros

Getting a multinational experience with access to comprehensive database is a big advantage of working at Big 4 such as Ernst & Young.

Cons

Regardless of the location, the Big 4 usually pay less than the market. In addition, it is hard to get life/work balance when you work at Big 4.

Pros

Prestigious name. Good to be able to work on different teams and smart colleagues.

Cons

No work/life balance as promised. Under compensated and little recognition for the work that you do.

Pros

People are great. Stimulating work with great client base. Opportunity for global advancement and/or relocation. Growing tax and advisory practice.

Cons

Limited opportunity in audit. Desire to be "inclusive" has gone too far. Some in the partner group have a very difficult time talking with clients - not personable and too technical.
