Pros

People environment is very good

Cons

Not a core audit firm in UK. Recurring fee is low compared to competetion, hence not financially stable in terms of compensation. No Bonuses.

Pros

The staff and seniors I worked for directly were great. Some flexibility in hours as far as what time you can get in and leave (although you will be there a long time)

Cons

Long hours/expected to work weekends on short notice Lots of busy work Upper manager treats most workers as if they are expendable Ridiculous false deadlines Expected to meet utilization requirements and keep budgets low
