Pros

Perks are nice. A lot of free meals and alt travel on the weekends from client sites.

Cons

Partner/Directors have weak communication skills and the work is extremely boring. If you want to work somewhere that provides a comfortable lifestyle both in and outside of work (sometimes outside - travel can be brutal on your personal life) but an environment that rewards mediocrity, then EY is the place for you. Employees at EY and all of the big 4 do a good job of spinning wheels at the clients expense creating massive reports with countless superfluous billable hours.
