* Compensation not commensurate with experience or the market * Non-existent work/life balance, expectations to perform above 1 FTE (heavy overtime) * Very poor management, likely due to Finance not understanding that IT FTEs are not CPAs * Teams are constantly changing members and disciplines, so incessantly going through the organizational Storming phase * EY Agile is not really Agile due to the Waterfall mentality of management * Average benefits * Ridiculous learning and administrative requirements on top of actual job * Extremely long (1 month+) onboarding process
