Pros
Opportunities for international secondment on short term assignments. Reasonably good payscales. Good place for relatively junior people who are just beginning their careers to see how a large consulting firm thinks.
Cons
Tons of things are wrong with this company. It just borrows the EY brand name but beyond that is run like a typical lala shop by the two partners. Impractical targets are set. Those who do not perform or are seen as questioning the policies are given a PIP and asked to leave. A group of people close to the senior management is allowed a lot of freedom in decision making but beyond this group, allunfair means are used to judge people subjectively. Those who question the authority of the partners are either subjected to ridicule and public humiliation or ignored completely during the appraisal process. The hopeless HR team has no powers over anything and are happy being mute spectators. Favoritism is so rampant, folks take it as given. The senior global leaders have no idea or simply don't care how this place is being run or how the EY brand is being misused. A real toxic culture.
