Pros

EY has an excellent reputation and provides solid exposure to top companies. Good travel opportunities if desired. Good network building.

Cons

Often long hours, even during non-busy season. Travel can be required. Can be competitive to get to senior levels beyond manager and dependent on openings.

Pros

The only good thing about getting into this company, is that you team up with people that jus graduated from university

Cons

The assigned tasks are very mechanical and the work in general is static, you do not have the chance of showing your talent since there is not much expected from your work

Pros

good and young ambience, promotions every year therefore there is a clear career, employee training every year, you get responsabilities since the first day , you can clearly see an envolution, you can learn a lot , make a lot of contacts with managers of importants forms.

Cons

overtime, low salaries, it's a pyramidal firm therefore the firm expects a huge employee rotation otherwise they fire employees, a lot of work under pressure and sometimes you can feel you are not rewarded.
