Pros

They recently opened a brand-new office in Madrid.

Cons

Lots of organizational changes (constant leadership changes), poor HR function, weak Partners (they are all new and have hardly "big 4" experience), no communication to staff, poor financial results, no diversity, no global projects (all local little projects), no global presence within EY, no global mindset, Partners not aware of the EY values, poor collaboration within service line, with other service lines and with EY global.

Pros

Fantastic working environment and fast learning with satisfying results. Collaboration between peers is the main policy of the firm, something that helps me a lot when I have any doubt as everybody is willing to solve you any problem. Moreover, extra hours are paid.

Cons

Low wages for all the time you spend working. Besides, there is too much pressure. Working in assurance means a lot of responsibility.
