      The work is steady and for the most part you know that below senior manager there will be a continued need

      Forensics perform a plethora of services which can often mean working on engagement types that are of no interest. The longer you work on them the less likely you will be able to work on anything else. IFCS/CARES work may be keeping the team busy at the moment but is setting us up for failure in the long term when everyone is expected to perform at their rank for our traditionally Core F&I work
