Business Outlook
Pros
Ability to transfer to different offices, great variety of work, they reward their staff well and have additional bonuses that are given throughout the year when they feel you have done s good job. The starting salary was higher then the other big four.
Cons
Long hours, sometimes too structured and doesn't allow for thinking outside the box. The bonuses were not great but you are paid more then other big four.
