      Exposure to various industries Able to learn wide range of skills for first job - legal, accounting, tax etc. Similar age range peers, relatively good working culture

      Cons

      Admin and paper-work heavy Extremely hierarchical and bureaucratic Rigid in structure, unable to be flexible for exceptional cases

      Good experience, ICAS qualification, and a great place to start you career. Working in corporate finance is more interesting than audit.

      Cons

      Poor salary whilst a trainee, poor IT systems, rewards and values system is dated and unfair.
