They hired a lot. May be good for interns.

Cons

Salary is bad, there is no good salary rising, they block it on every level. Projects not related to your field. Lot of people leave cause they got lots of responsibilities, but not have any rising at level and on salary. No language courses for free. Benefits are miracle, you can have only base LuxMed, other benefits not true when you start learn how to use it. Not suggested for experienced people, especially who want interesting projects, grows and appropriate salary.
