I decided to buy a private account. If you don't like your project, you cannot move to an other one, you have to spend 6 months on it. It could be painful, and you'll quit EPAM. Management is good at making promises (e.g. relocating, salary raise), and you'll quit after waiting for years. Most of the managers are lying continuously.
