      Pros

      an MNC to work like startup. Very good work culture. Lots of opportunity to grow. Good Worklife balance.

      Cons

      Getting recognised is hard. Increment is very limited. Promotion is very complicated process.

      More or less stable, carrer ladder, avarage salaries, multiple projects and activities, possible relocation (but hard)

      Cons

      Salaries could be bigger, it's hard to be encouraged by projects since you're replacable contractor and have no more perks for working hard
