Pros
You can work with some very talented people (both technically and soft skill based), you can seek help from different teams, there are many trainings, and plenty of room for learning and growth (for those who are willing to develop themselves).
Cons
The open office environment can be noisy sometimes; not everyone is equally friendly or helpful; some company rules might hurt excellence (and can result in losing good employees).
