      Started well, but finished awfully

      Pros

      When I joined I took a lot from the internal opportunities provided: learning, growth, mentorship, communities, etc.

      Cons

      But year by year I have been meeting people who misfollow properly established processes, treat guidelines their own way, don't value individuals, etc. Even people on the very top positions may put your nose into cats' urine. When this happens on the second level, it will happen on lower levels, and as a result RMs care of their KPIs, rather than their subordinates.

      - Salaries are below average - Obscure bonus policy - Depending on the people's country in the assessment committee, your promotion will be refused(again, no standards), and your experience does not have weight in this process.
