      Not bad, but a cultural challenge

      Pros

      Major company, low risk and stable job position once inside. Good IT equipment; Learning resources at hand, management is not over following (not doing micromanagement),

      Cons

      Hard to fit on their eastern european culture; they are very closed if you are not Ukranian or similar; hard to change assigned project. Not an easy going culture to work with.

      Nice office space and generally a pleasant atmosphere.

      Cons

      Huge amount of bureaucracy, nothing is ever simple, anything and everything has to go through some approval process that's basically there to make the management feel useful. Very typical "Russian" style management take that as you will.
