      Stable but not inspiring

      Great co-workers Friendly atmosphere A lot of learning material

      Cons

      Sometimes very poor project management (DMs, PMs) that leads to stress and overload Difficult to find interesting projects with opportunity to grow To raise the title it's required to have experience but you can't get it as there are no such projects
