      Good processes and organization. Diverse culture. Multi project and multi customer to peek from.

      Cons

      Too much of internal process distracting from the customer focus. You experience may vary depending on your manager, unit, business partner, etc. Salaries are lewer or up to the market middle.

      Very professional internal organization, systems, processes. Listening to employees feedback and needs. Possible to relocate to other countries.

      Cons

      True multinational company with strict rules. Can be very high load depending on project. Hard to get promoted. Expected, but not mandatory to do additional activities on top of project work.
